Former Munster Academy wing and current irish 7's player Greg O’Shea has joined the cast of Love Island...

imagine what they'd be saying if it was an ex-leinster player doing similar.

What's Love Island?
You know I'm going to lose,
And gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby, I don't want to live FOREVER!

I mean what else would he be doing this time of year. Pushing hard in preseason to work for a place in Munsters first team? Everyone knows the only way in for that for local talent is dead man's shoes.

What else would he be doing indeed? The Sevens only ended on Sunday and isn't back until the end of November. He is a long way from preseason.

It's a sad day when you're overwhelming need to be right overcomes the need to slag off Munster.

There are plenty of real actual things to be critical of Munster over.

What's not real about none of their academy prospects breaking through into their first team due to an over-reliance on imports, and the same tired old bodies?

Mathieu Bastareaud has rejected overtures from Munster and instead opted for Lyon until the end of the World Cup.
"When Munster approached me about joining them I nearly pissed myself laughing. I mean, how desperate do they think I am? Joke of a club."
he might have said.

Imagine what they'd be saying if it was an ex-leinster player who won it!

Heard that Munster are trying to get him back now. After all, not many of their squad have experience with making it to the final 4 and winning.

Some do.
Conway, Carberry, McCarthy and Beirne do. Can't think of anyone else.

Between O'Shea and Zebo there seem to be more "Hugos" in Cork and Limerick than anywhere in D4...
