Can anyone tell me how to block a persons posts, as the quality, tone and nature of some posts has reduced significantly and I dont want to listen to them anymore

Click on their name in a post, and then click on "add foe" in their user profile.

Are people supposed to guess which posts you don't want to see? It's a discussion forum. If you see posts from someone you don't like is it that difficult to just scroll past?

Well for starters, I really could not care less where our players went to school, nor endlessly listening to how many a certain school has produced.
