no try - knock on against Fardy - and they miss the clear neck roll on Treacy....

That's some bullshit right there. Clear neck roll, and the player on the floor moved his arm preventing the clear take.

Not good enough lads.
They're not up to much and we're not nearly at 100%.
Lots of lapses in concentration from us which I'd say will be mentioned at HT.
We've drawn a side who looked completely disinterested back into the game twice.

Deegan having a stormer. Tracy really good in tight.
Ross doing well and attacking the line nicely. Looks very confident but has made a few stupid errors. He seems to lose concentration in games.
Rhys getting through an absolute mountain of work.

Robbie is very quiet. Looks a bit out of sorts.

Luke running well but passing has been a bit ropey again.

We need to press on now and grab the TBP. Don't give them a sniff.

The one thing that will beat us here is complacency. We need to step it up.

Are our lads wearing the wrong studs? We seem to be slipping at inopportune moments

Plenty to be concerned about there. There’s no way a team with 25% possession should be within 7 points

No arms charge into Fardy's head after the whistle at the first of those mauls near our line. He was not happy...right in front of Whitehouse too.

Agree with all of this. Henshaw doesnt look as comfortable in his handling as the rest of the backline

That's 2 MOTM performances (though 1 award) in a row from Deegan. Definitely deserved

Good to get a bonus point, we played some good rugby and Lyon were a physical side who had some good spells. They were cynical so deserved the cards they got.

Cant complain too much, but that was frustrating at times. In particular our maul defence wasn’t great. Lyon obliged us with their indiscipline, a better team won’t be as forgiving

Still, 6 tries, none conceded in the second half, top seeds going into the last round; far more to be happy about than the converse.

Fair play to Max Deegan. Has really stepped up to the competition and put in a performance today that was different to last week and showed another part to his game.

Thought we were fairly mixed overall. Lot of sloppiness and some good stuff.

Thought Robbie was much much better in second half. Looked elusive and made a few nice breaks.

Bugbear of the game for me.

Whitehouse by and large was ok.

But the offside pen against Cronin. He said if went backwards but he came from and offside position.

Surely if it goes backwards it's open play and no offside line?
He's gotten awfully fond of that brick

After 5 minutes it looked like Champagne and caviar again. So in some ways its good we were made work hard for this.
We were sloppy at times and opened the door for them to hit back at us. A useful reminder that we will not roll over
everyone and no doubt Leo and the other coaches will reinforce this message.

The point Fardy was trying to make to him.
