That's good news, will bulk up the side for the weekend, particularly at 8 where we don't have many options!

Looking at something like:

Dooley, Kelleher, Bent (if fit?), Molony, Fardy, Rhys, Connors, Deegan, McGrath, Frawley, Lowe, Tomane/COB, JOB, DK, RK

Byrne, Tracy/Cronin, Aungier, Josh Murphy, Penny, JGP, HB, Keenan

Very strong for a Pro14 game in the middle of the 6N.

I'd go with something similar although I'd have Baird ahead of Penny on the bench with Murphy covering the back-row. Tight-head prop would be the biggest concern if Bent and Abdaladze are both still injured.

Irish Times have a bit more about Leavy's recovery. Sounds like Lancaster expects him to get some game-time before the end of the season.

Caelan Doris was training with Leinster today. Assuming he'll hook up with the Ireland squad later in the week.

Also, a prop (?) called Conor Maguire was training with the squad.

Think Dave Kearney might be in the mix but that might be the strongest mid-6 Nations squad we've ever fielded.

Just to clarify. We can have Fardy, Lowe and Tomane in the same matchday squad?

As spectators it appears we may be unlucky with the weather on Saturday, as it looks to be pretty foul weather on the way.

However it appears that we once again have been even unluckier with our referee and TMO.
Ben Whitehouse and Ian Davies have serious form in wrecking an afternoon's/evening's entertainment.
Surely there must some sort of a barring order that could be issued preventing them from going within 1 mile of a rugby ground.
The last persons desereving of a similar barring order, were the Changleng brothers, David and Malcolm of the SRU. They appeared briefly c 8 years ago, I am still receiving therapy and even the mention of their name agitates me greatly.

So what to look forward to on Saturday :-

- A referee who persists in giving long and unnecessary explanations on a one to one basis to the offender, when a penalty is awarded.
- multiple resetting of scrums and follow up chats to both front rows which will take up most of the afternoon
- endless TMO interjections, which involve the referee having to make his way to the far end of the ground to view the incident on the big screen (last game these clowns were in the RDS we had 3 disallowed tries within the first 15 minutes and the first half ran to nearly 58 minutes on the clock).
- more cards than a Hallmark shop
- wholesale inconsistencies and incompetence both on the field and in the TMO lorry.

Much as I hate to say it, an afternoon clearing out the garage is getting more attractive by the minute.
