So what do we know?
A Leinster contract is worth SFA.
That fact that we would be left with 1 outhalf during International windows means nothing to the IRFU. They did it last season with McCarthy, we had to go to Trinity to get cover at 9 for a trip to TP.
Skerries is not a million miles from Limerick.
Munster would snap him up, it weakens Leinster.
A "loan move" would be a bare faced lie. He would never comeback, correction, if he was an abject failure down there then he might comeback, or be sent to Connacht.

I fluppin well hope they haven't approached Ciarán Frawley, which would amount to tapping up and would of course not be allowed. It's cleverly worded as it doesn't say "Munster do not want to sign Ciarán Frawley" or "Munster have not approached Leinster or the IRFU with a view to signing Ciarán Frawley".

They must have realized that LeinsterLeaders point that 'they'll send him back in installments over a 20 year period' was probably illegal.
