There can be no argument that Sarries have been the best team in Europe over the last number of years.
Leinster should win this game by at least 3 scores, but the same would not be said if you were up against the Sarries which dominated Europe.
This is like diet Sarries, or Sarries light. Sure it is still Sarries, but without the sugar.
That will not detract from Leinster’s likely HC success. Leinster will win the cup on merit, as the current best team in Europe.
A team can only beat what is put in front of them, and can not control how other teams perform on or off the field.
Best of luck today.
This year? No.
Last year? Yes.
The year before? No.
The last 3 years the best side has been Leinster..now if we lose today..

There seems to be this narrative that if Leinster win today it’ll be a coastwalk to another title.
Where the fock is that coming from?
The semi should they get there is Clermont or Racing - both strong outfits and the final would probably be Exeter or Toulouse.
Can we beat all of those sides? For sure we can, but it won’t be easy and is the toughest run of fixtures we’ve had in a long time.

English media are tripping over themselves pointing out all the players Salarycens are missing from last years final in Newcastle.
Well, look at the experience and top quality players we are missing from the same game squad:
Rob Kearney,
Furlong,
Fardy,
O’Brien,
Tracy,
O’Sullivan,
Ruddock,
Jack McGrath,
Max Deegan.
The reason they are missing so many players is their own doing.....with their financial shenanigans.
4 Lions and a world cup finalist in that
You know I'm going to lose,
And gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby, I don't want to live FOREVER!

A recurring theme in the build-ups I’ve heard and read is that Saracens’ depth is severely depleted, moreso than their starting XV.
But is ours that good? Our replacement front row doesn’t look that intimidating. I’m not sure Baird would be there if Fardy was on his usual form. I don’t think JVDF has the physical bulk to stop Rhodes, Wray, Clark or Vunipola dead at full tilt.
And speaking of Rhodes, he was missing in Newcastle last year. (And speaking of Clark, lets all never forget what he did to that Tigers hooker a few years back)

Worried?
You're right to be!
England and Northampton (nearly) did us a couple of times earlier in the season https://youtu.be/cvCi3ApHvJo
We also have issues at HB.
McGrath's passing is always an issue.
Sexton needs to steer clear of the mano mano stuff.
Leave that to the forwards and concentrate on his own game.
Saracens are well aware of of our weaknesses and will exploit them if they can.

16-43 and 50-21 (93-37) is Nearly. WTF are you on Oldschool?

Okay Munster nearly did us and they aren't a patch on Sarries. Sarries tight five is seriously good and wall the planning in the he world... Well everyone has a plan until he gets a punch in the mouth.
Despite being down Furlong and still missing Leavy, two of our three undoubted world class forwards I think we are better than last year.

Look at the link showing the grubber kicks used to set up tries.
Remember the two tries that England scored against us using grubber kicks.
The ref to Northampton (nearly) is that they tried the same tactic but didn't make the scores. The warning signs were there.
This time I hope we are prepared.
