The one guy who can’t possibly play is the one who stays.

Would hint that Faz has work-ons /learning the system for Lowe and is seriously considering picking him next month.

As mentioned above this is, on paper, our easiest fixture of the entire season. I'd be surprised, and probably a little disappointed, if that front 5 starts as they'll be starting a lot of other games in the next few weeks.

Really Hope we get to see Dan Sheehan Friday. Potentially better than RK?

It's less unlikely that we'll see him on Friday than it is that he'll be better than RK.

That backline looks really interesting. I'd love to see Frawley and HB together

It needs a James Lowe type performance from Cian Kelleher to function optimally – busy, lots of involvements in the middle of the field, lots of 100% pace carries, offloads. It's great having loads of good passers in the backline, but you need weapons too.

My preferred selection below:
Forwards [1-8]: Dooley, Cronin, Clarkson, Dunne, Toner, Fardy, Penny, Ruddock
Backs [9-15]: McGrath, H. Byrne, C. Kelleher, Frawley, O'Loughlin, Kearney, J. O'Brien
Subs [16-23]: Tracy, Milne, Bent, Molony, Murphy, O'Sullivan, Hawkshaw, T. O'Brien

I'd like to Sheehan make his debut this week, maybe Hawkshaw too.

I'd be wary of starting Clarkson against Zebre, who nearly always have serious props. I'd put Parker in with Clarkson on the bench.

Wow! Really exciting team.

Turner is an interesting one, wasn't expecting that!

Wonder what's the story with ROL. Must be a knock surely? Can't have fallen from favuur so dramatically?

To see Leavy in the 23 is flipping brilliant.

Yeah I thought the same. Must be a knock or else they're keeping him for tougher games. Likewise Kelleher.

Not a good sign for CK, unless he’s injured no point to rest him as we have 10 day turn around.

There was a chance !?
